4 Years Old Girl Found After Being Sold By Her Aunt For N350K

The enemy within is always a big problem. The girl who was allegedly stolen in Enugu State by her mum’s younger sister and her boyfriend, was sold to one Florence Nwokocha for N350,000.

She was recovered by police operatives in Abia State.
The little girl’s mother, Mrs. Irechukwu, was shocked by her immediate younger sister’s involvement, saying that she never believed that her own sister could do such a thing to her.
The Enugu State Police Command’s spokesman, Ebere Amaraizu, said report of the missing girl was made to the police on December 15, 2016. In the course of investigation, one Chinedu Chukwu, the immediate younger sister to the mother of the victim, was nabbed.
Her boyfriend, Osunkwo Chinonso, was also nabbed. They had, on that fateful day, conspired and proceeded to the girl’s school and allegedly tricked and whisked her away to Iho Olokoro in Umuahia, Abia State, where they sold her for N350,000, to Florence Nwokocha.
Vanguard reports that Nwokocha was arrested and she assisted the police to recover the girl on January 16, 2016, from where she was kept at Faulks Road in Aba, Abia State, awaiting another buyer with a fabulous amount of money.

See What Nigerian Youths Did That Landed Them In Police Custody

The Nigeria police in Benin City, the Edo state capital, have arrested three youths for stealing N210,000 from people’s bank accounts in Benin City.

The Nation is reporting that the three youths, Theophilus Okoh, Louis Odedamen and Lucky David are in police custody awaiting trial.
The suspects are said to have specialized in transferring money from people’s accounts while helping them with SIM card registration.
One of them who spoke with The Nation, Okoh, said the crime was carried out by dialing *894# and the money is transferred from the victims account in a particular new generation bank.
He made the confession while being paraded with other 24 suspects at the Edo state police command.
The others were paraded for armed robbery, kidnapping and cult related activities.
Okoh further said: “We were arrested because we transfer people’s money to our account. We have successfully transferred N210,000 from three different persons’ accounts before we were arrested.
“We did not hack into their account. By dialing *894* the amount will go to the account number you want to transfer money to. We got access to their account numbers during SIM registration”
He confessed that it was one man whose SIM card they registered and transferred N10,000 from his account that reported them to the police, leading to their arrest.
The state commissioner of police who paraded them, Haliru Gwandu, said his command would not condone any form of cybercrime in the state.

“Séx Toys Is On The Rise In Nigeria Despite The Recession” – Report Says

According to a report by Punch, titled, “Nigeria’s sex toys market booms despite recession” sex toys worth millions of naira are sold every month in Nigeria.

A sex therapist and sex toy vendor, Mrs. Iheoma Obibi, explained that Nigerians are gradually coming out of some sort of “sexual darkness” and this is creating a boom in the market.
Kemi Fawole, a certified sex therapist, who has been dealing in adult products including sex toys for the past six and half years explained that she sells at least N7m worth of sex toys yearly.
For Bisi Ibidapo-Obe, an actress who is also a sex toy vendor, she cannot estimate how much sex toys she sells but it brings in about 3million naira in about three to six months.
Another sex toy vendor, Japhet Okoromadu who started selling online about a year ago, said that the demand he gets for sex toys are more than his available stocks.
Obibi said that the industry is growing so big that vendors who sell quality products are now having issues with people who sell substandard products.
Ibidapo-Obe explained that women who go for sex toys should be praised because most of them are faithful.
According to her, if sex toy helps her client to stay faithful and avoid sexually transmitted diseases through multiple partners, then it is something that should be embraced.

‘David De Gea Is NOT For Sale’- Man United Boss Jose Mourinho Warn Real Madrid And Others

Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho says he has no intention of letting either of his top two goalkeepers leave Old Trafford.

First-choice David de Gea is putting together another impressive season for United, which has done little to cool talk of interest from Real Madrid, who were on the brink of signing the Spaniard in 2015.
His back-up Sergio Romero has been linked with a move to Boca Juniors in his native Argentina this week.
But Mourinho is not prepared to contemplate the departure of either and said: “What I can say is that I expect both to stay, because I think both are equally important.
“I cannot have a better goalkeeper than David, I cannot have a better replacement than Sergio. I cannot have a better professional than Sergio. I want them both to stay.
“So, if there is something true in relation to Boca, I will try to stop it because I want Sergio to stay.”

Good News!! See How Donald Trump Presidency Will Help Nigeria

A former Nigerian High Commissioner to Australia, Ambassador Adegboyega Ariyo, has expressed optimism on what Nigeria will gain with new United States President, Donald Trump in power.

Ariyo spoke yesterday as a guest speaker at Diplomatic Dialogue, an intellectual discourse organised by the Department of International Relations and Diplomacy, Afe Babalola University, Ado Ekiti (ABUAD).
In his speech he entitled: “Donald Trump’s Ascension to American Presidency: Implications for Nigeria, Africa and the World”, Ariyo said the US president will help return the nation’s stolen funds stashed away in some Western countries.
The one-time Nigerian High Commissioner to Namibia and Head of Diplomatic Corps to the Southern African country, said there are some positives the Trump Presidency portends for Nigeria and other African countries, contrary to fears being expressed in some quarters.
“Trump may not carry out many of the threats he issued during the American presidential election campaign because he has to carry along some institutions like the Congress, the Pentagon, the intelligence community along before taking decisions,” he said
Ariyo added that some of Trump’s advisers who have African background like a Nigerian he appointed, Bayo Ogunlesi, would help him in taking decisions that affect the continent.

Top 5 Reasons Why People Are Never Satisfied With What They Have

You and I may not fall into the richest people on earth, but still ,would you consider yourself satisfied with what you have? It went on revealed that a study has found that the richest people on earth are the “Most Unhappiest”.

Hey!!! Have you ever wondered ‘why’ even after you bought some items you have always wanted ,soon after, you find yourself wanting something else?? The question is”Why are we never satisfied with what we have ?
Along my own musings, here are some thoughts..
1. We have high expectations: We always have expectations. It is just the prediction of the future based on what we know and the past. Be clear about what you want, what you expect and the outcome.Expect the best but then, know that anything that happen is always for the best and if it doesn’t work out, there is always a bigger plan in place that we may not yet to be able to see that is even greater than the pictures in our minds..
2. We don’t appreciate what we have already: I always say this, what you dont appreciate will depreciate. Some people can never appreciate what they have until they lose it.What you have right now, could be what someone’s needs badly. Please, let’s appreciate what we have for it’s a rare gem.
3. We are not meant to be satisfied on earth: This is Pessimistic!….But I must say its really the fact. In economics,we were always told that human wants and desires are unlimited,, you know they are different !
4. Something out there is better than what we have: Yes! Most people never get satisfied with what they have with this main reason..They will be like::I must have what he has ,this and that.
Even if the current condition keeps on improving ,the desire to have more continues to grow.Hence,in order to feel satisfied,we got to have everything we are currently missing to the point that there is nothing we can need anymore. But let’s be realistic ,is this possible?
5. If we can remain satisfied ,we would never be motivated to do anything: Oh yes!!! If you look at innovations in the past, you’ll find a back story where someone wasn’t satisfied with something . I think that the desire for move is what keeps us moving forward. We all need something to strive for. And it is not necessary to be monetary. Hence,if you were truely satisfied with something, is it unlikely that you would be motivated to do more???.
Dear readers, let’s learn to love the things we have and we will have endless happiness …
Satisfaction comes only from given ,it’s a feelings and feelings are emotions .Emotions are energy not objects!!
